This policy explains what personal data travellerschoice.ca collects and how it is used. The site is an independent online publication with no commercial activity.
Data we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you send. They are used only to reply to you and are deleted once the exchange is over. The site keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and technical maintenance, retained for a limited period.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of technical cookies needed for it to function, and a self-hosted audience measurement tool that does not share data with third parties. You can refuse non-essential cookies from the banner and delete cookies at any time in your browser.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Send your request through the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
